	Would you like a porter to help carry your things? We can arrange for someone to 'take the load off' (and this is usually the case) and carry the bulk of your things. If you feel that you may find it too hard to carry all your items and walk at altitude we would recommend that you take this opportunity. 	Accommodation While you are on your trek, the accommodation is always in the simple guesthouses that are dotted along your route. This is a standard for all trekkers. While you are not on your trek, (In Kathmandu for instance) we can arrange accommodation for you if you like, please indicate the type of accommodation you would like if you want us to arrange it for you.
